Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days all sales will be considered final.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Most jewelry can be either exchanged or returned; it will be your option.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
To start a return, please contact us at support@shopmiravelle.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
