Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed Friday–Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

  • A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

We ship using USPS and FedEx for reliable delivery.
At checkout, you’ll see the available shipping options for your location.

Shipping Costs

  • We use the standard rates from USPS and FedEx.

  • Options may include a flat-rate fee or real-time carrier rates based on your order.

  • Any promotions (like free shipping over a certain amount) will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

  • USPS: Usually 2–5 business days (U.S. orders).

  • FedEx Ground: Usually 2–7 business days (U.S. orders).
    Delivery times are estimates from the carriers and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other delays beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days all sales will be considered final.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Most jewelry can be either exchanged or returned; it will be your option. 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us at support@shopmiravelle.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
